Come along all are welcome.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Bring seeds you have saved from last year and/or half used seed packets to swap.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bring any excess plants, seedlings and or vegetables which can then be swapped for other plants or given for donations to Oatlands site fund.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Get gardening advice from plot holders with over 100 years of experience!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Look round the Oatlands Leisure Garden Site&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tea, coffee and home baking will be available &amp;ndash; donations to Oatlands site funds gratefully received&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

This inspirational event is a conference with a difference, involving learning&lt;br /&gt;
about the impact outdoor spaces can have on our lives and mental health,&lt;br /&gt;
through hearing stories, meeting new people and experiencing a range of&lt;br /&gt;
hands-on environment-based activities in the award-winning surroundings of&lt;br /&gt;
Redhall Walled Garden (SAMH).&lt;br /&gt;
Environmental activities offer an effective, proven resource for improving&lt;br /&gt;
mental health and well being.&lt;br /&gt;
Spaces provides a meeting place for mental health and environmental&lt;br /&gt;
organisations to learn about each other’s practices and opportunities, including&lt;br /&gt;
the challenges of inclusion. It is an ideal springboard for future partnership&lt;br /&gt;
activity&lt;br /&gt;
This free event may contribute towards Continuing Professional Development&lt;br /&gt;

at Discovery Point, Dundee&lt;br /&gt;
This event is for you if you are interested in community food work and the role it plays in supporting positive mental health and wellbeing. It is a chance to:&lt;br /&gt;
Find out more about the range of community based food work in Scotland that supports mental health and wellbeing&lt;br /&gt;
Share good practice, information and resources with other groups and organisations active in the field&lt;br /&gt;
Think about how to describe the outcomes from this work and how to ensure these are reflected in current policy developments and&lt;br /&gt;
Consider the support you need to build your work in this area.&lt;br /&gt;
This FREE event will be workshop based, with plenty of time to share information about what you are doing and to learn from others. Support is available with travel expenses for staff, volunteers, and people with lived experience from community organisations, if required.&lt;br /&gt;
