"I signed up for ‘Mindfulness Through Nature with Trellis’ not really knowing what to expect. I was hoping for maybe a few tips and tricks on experiencing nature more mindfully that I could use whilst hiking. I was pleasantly surprised by how hands-on this course was. We started out by smelling herbs and making a bouquet garni (which I can now tell you is a wrapped bundle of herbs). Then we got our hands dirty and potted some herbs of our own to take home. These experiences were punctuated by the fantastic team from Trellis who cultivated a great atmosphere, shared a lot of their gardening wisdom, and happily fielded our questions. I’d highly recommend this as a space to pause in the middle of a busy day!"
