Balancing quality of plant production, education and care? - Southton Smallholding
Wednesday, 8 November, 2023 - 09:00 to 16:30

The staff at Southton Smallholding support young adults with varying additional support needs and children with challenging behaviour to garden. They produce fruit & vegetables for a box veg scheme and host an annual plant sale every spring, selling fabulous organically grown plants. How do they manage to do produce high quality plants and produce whilst balancing the needs of their gardeners? Visit Southton and gain an understanding of how this is achieved. A walk and talk tour with Norma Forbes and the Southton staff.
