Mike Buckley-Jones

Mike is a graduate of University of Paisley, with a BA in Business Admin & Entrepreneurship, as well as being a Chartered Fellow of CIPD and a Fellow of both CMI and ILM.

His career spans the insurance industry where he held a variety of roles, laterally as a senior manager for a major “blue chip” insurer and successfully led one of the company’s largest regions to a top performing position. 

While there, he was involved in implementing the organisation’s Performance-Management and Investor’s in People strategies, as well as helping bring it through a challenging merger with another key industry player.

On leaving the insurance world, he worked as a training & business development consultant, working with a range of clients and sectors. His experience also includes the Education sector as Business Development manager for Perth College UHI, and Development Director for Freshfrontiers Consulting. He currently focusses on helping people and business be the best they can be, in a variety of freelance and consultancy roles.
