Job Description:
Anyone looking to change career into Horticulture. The WRAGS (Work and Retrain as a Gardener Scheme) is a well recognised route into the gardening world. Trainees spend two days a week in a garden either private or public over the course of a year. You would work with the Head Gardener and the gardening team, learning everything from pruning to propagation, composting to cuttings, plant disease, vegetable and flower growing, plant ID, roses, shrubs and much more.
