An overview of the Go Flourish project in action at our pilot school, North Kessock Primary in the Highlands. This workshop will share examples of how gardening and outdoor learning are being used to support child health and curriculum learning. Practical examples and lesson plans will be given.

Laura Dorantt

Laura Dorantt - Liaison Teacher - Go Flourish

Laura has 20 years experience working in education, in the UK and overseas. She is a qualified Primary Teacher and Yoga Teacher, and completed a Permaculture Design Course whilst in Australia where she worked in primary school food forests. She now works full-time in the first Go Flourish garden at North Kessock Primary, working with the teachers to normalise gardening and take more curriculum learning outside.
