Where can I volunteer
Projects across the Trellis network are often looking for volunteers.
If you have some time and skills to share with others please have a look at the volunteering opportunities listed on our volunteering page or contact gardening projects directly via the Directory of Projects.
Trellis are based in Perth Business Centre on Glasgow Road and our work is office based. We also need volunteers from time to time to help with administration, website or fundraising work. If you are looking for an office based volunteer position, please complete the volunteer form.

How do I fundraise for my garden project
Many therapeutic gardening projects rely on a patchwork of grant funding from charitable trusts and foundations perhaps mixed with self-generated income e.g. from plant sales or fees for service provision to support the various facets of their projects: health, social care, gardening, staffing, core costs, training etc.

How do I advertise a vacancy with you

This page is a hub for therapeutic gardening jobs in the UK. Job advertising is £40 per advert. We also aim to advertise vacancies via the:

What online training does Trellis offer
Our training is aimed at those in care, health, education and community settings who wish to support their clients to do tabletop gardening activities. We aim to empower you with the confidence, skills and knowledge required to enable you to adapt gardening activities to your clients needs. No gardening knowledge required
