Sowing the Seeds for Better Health & Wellbeing
In the UK, almost 138 million working days are lost annually due to sickness and injury, costing businesses £29 billion each year. With mental health issues accounting for 15.8 million of those lost days, forward-thinking employers are recognising that investing in staff wellbeing isn't just the right thing to do—it's essential for business success.
Our corporate workshops offer a proven solution: research shows that simply adding plants to the workplace can increase productivity by 12% and reduce stress-related blood pressure readings, while hands-on gardening activities naturally build stronger, more connected teams. Whether through our stress-busting indoor potting sessions or collaborative outdoor volunteering at our therapeutic garden, we help organizations nurture both individual wellbeing and team cohesion—creating happier, healthier workforces that show up, stay engaged, and work better together.
What's more, every corporate session you invest in directly funds our charitable work, enabling us to support over 14,000 disabled and disadvantaged people each week through our network of 530 therapeutic gardening projects across Scotland—making your investment in staff wellbeing a catalyst for positive change in your wider community.
