Our staff and fieldworker team support therapeutic horticulture groups and start‑up projects across the country, helping them make the most of their garden spaces to maximise benefits for participants and fast‑track the development of new projects.

Subject to funding and staff availability, Trellis offers a range of on‑site support to specialist support organisations, NHS services, social care providers and care homes. Consultation Visits

Subject to funding and staff availability, Trellis offers a half‑day consultation visit  free of charge to specialist support organisations, NHS services, social care providers and care homes. 

Garden Design Plans

Full Garden Design Plans are available from £380, plus travel costs.

Planting Plans

Additional Planting Plans can be provided from £160.

Planting Days

If you already have a Planting Plan and would like support from an experienced gardener to coordinate and carry out the planting with your group, Planting Days start from £160 , plus travel. 

Training Sessions

We offer exclusive training sessions for your staff and volunteer team from £695 , plus materials and travel costs.
This includes a day of training for up to twelve participants, covering topics such as: 
Therapeutic horticulture 
Practical gardening skills
Adapting gardening activities to suit your group’s needs
Health and safety considerations when gardening with groups
