Drawing on Carl Rogers’ person-centred approach, utilising the transformative potential of metaphors in the gardening process to foster growth, resilience, and self-awareness through hands-on experiences.’ Tanya is currently in the UK and has taken time out to visit Trellis and several therapeutic gardening projects in Scotland.
