- Explore the variety of different types of TH, gardens and practitioners
- Appreciate the benefits to social, emotional and physical health of TH
- Find out how an ‘adaptive gardening’ approach enables person-centred TH activities
How is it delivered?
- Live online training with experienced Trellis staff
- Interactive sessions using a combination of slides, breakout tasks, quizzes, video clips, with time for Q&A, and group discussions.
- Includes downloadable course notes and Trellis web resources

- Anyone interested in/already involved in gardening activity and health
- Anyone interested in/already delivering nature-connection activities
Professionals and volunteers supporting wellbeing, working in settings such as:
