Gathered around a lovely big table, Joan Trellis Project Advisor, demo’d making a fresh foliage Christmas table decoration using evergreen foliage readily available in gardens, or growing in hedgerows.  Joan also demo’d how to prepare a simpler activity to support any less able clients take part and enjoy the success of making their own pared down version.

Lots of festive chat with everyone enjoying the fresh scents from the garden foliage and flowers, and in particular the Christmas-ness of the cinnamon sticks used to decorate the decorations.
