Dandelion will be a major supporter of the Good Food Nation Bill and, as part of its
legacy, Dandelion aims to create a vast food growing network across Scotland.
The Dandelion Growing Partnerships Manager will work to the Creative Director
supporting the strategic development of this new growing alliance. The post holder
will be responsible for researching, developing and maintaining Dandelion growing
partnerships, which will range in scale across the country.
The Project Manager will also support food growing and the promotion of the Dandelion
Harvest Festival.

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities
• Initiate and manage an informal Growing Alliance throughout Scotland, ranging
from neighbourhood initiatives to commercial and business partners
• Manage, empower, motivate partner organisations, increasing the profile and
reach of Dandelion and ensuring an enduring and transformational impact on
people and place
• Develop and managing project action plans and set delivery milestones for partner
organisations
• Gather evidence and insight to help effectively communicate about the work
contributing towards content for print, web and social media
• Work with staff, volunteers and stakeholders to evaluate performance and identify
areas for improvement
• To manage projects within set budgets
• Develop legacy outcomes from Dandelion, exploring funding opportunities beyond
the lifespan of the project
