June Garden Bite 2024

June 2024

Enjoy growing herbs for scent and taste!

Herbs are easy to grow and can be safely handled and eaten (but always check individual's sensitivities).
From lavender to thyme - make space on your doorstep for a potful to engage the senses of sight and touch, and smell and immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature.
This activity connects individuals with the outdoors, encourages social interaction and conversation. It's a simple, nature-inspired activity that's accessible to people of all ages and skill levels.
