Joan visited Alzheimer’s Scotland last week running a seed sowing workshop for staff, volunteers and centre users. The group sowed seeds - quick crops - peashoots, radish and speedy salad leaves and edible flowers - borage and calendula. It’s a simple, table top activity that can be adapted. It was a great way to remind us that Spring is on the way and we can’t wait to be making ice cubes with borage petals to enjoy in drinks in the garden when it warms up!
