Iceland: Helping people enjoy mindfulness in nature, and through gardening activities at the Vocational Rehabilitation Center of the Westfjords

We’ll learn about Harpa’s work supporting people towards rehabilitation using gardens, greenhouse space and local nature areas that help promote mindfulness among many other benefits.
