Ecuador: Horticulture Therapy Mi Semilla in Mental Health, Reborn

Cecilia will share how the horticulture therapy programme she began with colleagues brought astounding benefits to hospital patients and longer term residents of nearby sheltered accommodation who have chronic mental health conditions. Interrupted by the pandemic, the team were delighted to be able to restart the horticulture therapy activities in early February 2023

Cecilia will share what to consider to have a Therapeutic garden in hospitals and also how to implement gardening in enterprises for cooworkers.
