Take a bag with you to collect natures' treasures in the garden or during a woodland walk and bring back your plants, leaves, moss, bark and stone. Create a woodland in miniature and big-up the enchantment by adding in miniature dinosaurs or dainty fairies for a sprinkle of extra magic!

Adaptive tip
Sometimes people need direction and encouragement to concentrate on foraging in the outdoors. Send them out with an eggbox (six small compartments and one large) and instructions to find one natural item to put in each compartment. They could be green, textured or different coloured items to encourage looking, feeling and paying attention in the moment.
