About the Role

The Admin Assistant plays a vital part in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of Trellis. You’ll help ensure our communications, event organisation, membership services, and internal systems run efficiently, enabling our staff and practitioners to focus on delivering therapeutic gardening across Scotland.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be managing our finance function, updating records, supporting events, helping to prepare communications, and keeping our systems tidy and accurate. If you enjoy being the person who makes everything work seamlessly, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support across the organisation including for remote staff
  • Help manage enquiries, bookings, and routine communications
  • Maintain accurate records in CiviCRM and other systems
  • Support the organisation of training events, workshops, and online sessions
  • Manage the finance function and assist with fundraising admin.
  • Offer warm, helpful customer service to practitioners, partners, and the public
