This is a rare and exciting opportunity to become the garden and garden workshop lead of the beautiful, busy 2-acre organic walled garden on the Murtle Estate of Camphill School Aberdeen. An opportunity to continue providing many children and young people with structured, targeted and meaningful experiences that will help develop their individual potential in different areas and mainly through the internally developed qualifications (STARS Awards). And opportunity to maintain the organic growing environment and develop the biodynamic growing environment.
Murtle Garden produce is grown and processed by the children and young people and is mainly sold through are new public facing social enterprise Murtle Market
We are looking for someone with a passion for the above and leadership skills to reflect this and lead a small gardening team to help reach the potential of the garden and the children and young people attending the garden.
