Participants from the Oot the Hoose group enthusiastically took part in this month's session, creating their own herbal bath bags. Everyone enjoyed exploring a variety of herbs through their senses, smelling, touching, and mixing their favourites before tying them into muslin bags. The relaxed activity sparked plenty of conversation, with participants sharing knowledge, reading from a herb book, and researching questions that arose during the session. It was wonderful to see friendships developing, with participants supporting and helping one another throughout the session.
