Trellis had the pleasure of hosting Tanya Bearup, Vice President, Therapeutic Horticulture Australia. We visited Redhall Walled Garden, PLUS Perth Horners Plot and The PKAVs Walled Garden & Wisecraft. We finished our day with a presentation from Tanya talking about therapeutic horticulture and mental health from an Australian perspective, including her own work on ‘ “gardening as experiential learning” to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
