Trellis is delighted to be featured on BBC Radio Scotland in a special segment exploring this year’s Edinburgh Floral Clock, created to celebrate our 20th anniversary.

The Floral Clock, a much‑loved landmark in Princes Street Gardens, has been planted annually since 1903. This year’s design honours two decades of Trellis supporting wellbeing through therapeutic gardening across Scotland. With 35,000 plants carefully arranged by the City of Edinburgh Council’s gardening team, the display highlights the creativity, skill and dedication behind this iconic tradition.

The BBC Radio Scotland programme takes listeners behind the scenes, sharing how the clock is crafted and why therapeutic gardening continues to make a meaningful difference in communities. The broadcast includes reflections from Trellis and the Council’s horticulture team on the impact of this year’s collaboration.
