The Trellis Conference is Scotland’s leading event for professionals working in therapeutic horticulture. Held annually, it brings together over 100 practitioners, researchers, and advocates from across the UK to share knowledge, explore best practice, and strengthen connections across the sector.

Delegate rate: £130

Member rate: £115 (1x reduced ticket for individual members and 2x reduced rate ticket for project members)

Trellis Mental Health Wellbeing Gardening Sessions

Join Joan Wilson, Jenna McDonald, and Jenny Simpson as they share their hands‑on experiences of delivering gardening sessions designed to support mental health wellbeing across Ayrshire and Perth & Kinross in 2025.

During this session, they’ll share photos and insights into:

  • What they did and how the programmes were structured
  • What worked well (and what didn’t!) in different group settings
  • Practical insights for running therapeutic gardening activities
  • How they gathered and used data to evidence outcomes and impact

Ideal for anyone interested in therapeutic horticulture, community wellbeing programmes, or improving practice through shared learning.
