We provide CPL certificates to all participants in our Seminars, Live Demos, Seasonal Gardening Activities Programme and Therapeutic Horticulture Courses.

The foundation level Seasonal Gardening Activities Training Programme is designed to boost your professional development with lots of practical gardening activities to engage clients and those in care settings, both indoors and out, throughout the year.
How to Videos
Our library of "How to videos" will inspire you with gardening and craft activity suggestions - for indoors and out. They demonstrate adaptive gardening techniques and enable you to make the most of your outdoor space, no matter how big or small.
International Seminar Series
Our Seminar Series has been running for 5 years and have grown in size and reputation. The seminars are for anyone who is interested in therapeutic horticulture, for those already working in the field and anyone who is just diving into this wonderful world for the first time.
World Therapeutic Horticulture Day 2025
World Therapeutic Horticulture Day (WTHD), inaugurated by Trellis in 2023, on the 18th May each year is a worldwide celebration that aims to raise awareness of the practice of therapeutic horticulture the many benefits it brings to communities around the world and the amazing people who work in the field.
Trellis Therapeutic Horticulture Conference
Our annual conference attracts over 100 delegates each year from across Scotland and the UK.

Learning & Networking Meet Ups
Throughout the year we arrange in-person networking seminars in various locations across Scotland. These events allow people from all areas of therapeutic horticulture to come together and share their experience and knowledge.
Professional Development Award
We are currently developing a Professional Development Award that we hope will be available in 2026, and is likely to be based on a day release model.
