Gardening for Wellbeing! Sharing ideas and support across the county

In-Person Event in Aberdeen Therapeutic and community gardening inspiration in Climate Week North East: Interested in supporting people through gardening?
Come along to share ideas & meet others at Earth & Worms Community Garden then onto the Woodside Fountain Centre. The Programme  includes - Seed & Plant Swap, garden tour, lunch, guest speakers/sessions:  encouraging  /overcoming anxieties to joining in gardening; Composting toilets; Gardening for Wellbeing & Green Prescribing with  Compass, Aberdeen.  Optional post-event social gathering for attendees with tea & cake in the garden.
Attendees are asked for a £5 donation to secure their place.

This event is suitable for anyone in a care, health, education or community roleor anyone supporting others to garden for their wellbeing.
